Jirama has a new opponent

Jirama is the only one firm providing electricity and clean water up to now here in Madagascar. This firm has never had competitors in that business.
Now is the time for Jirama to make a revolution. That is far to be an ultimatum but just a reminder and an awakening to the real situation.
Because customers are not satisfied of the quality of the services, they will for sure look after some other alternatives. Among that, we have lots of ideas but not that much experience.
But when enough is more than enough, there is no way to keep on dealing with that bad service condition offered by Jirama. It is time to face the music.
For instance,
1-Jirama is supposed to inform his customers whenever he plans an outage. He can use whatever means of communication once it gets to the most of population’s hears.
Not long, we could have noticed shortage here and there in Antananarivo. But Jirama did not mind about getting his customers informed in advance. Even his web  page hasn’t got any information about that last.

2-Billing : I don’t know much about what is going on in their offices but if it was about computers, I would say that there should have been infected by viruses at list to give a fake calculation.
In a semester how could that be possible that you have to pay pretty the same amount each month when no one is home during holidays.
Dam as I am, I think that what they do is not that normal. I really wonder what those diploma holders are doing. Aren’t they supposed to do something right up there?
When you ask for explanation, that is what you get:
“We couldn’t take the consumption report during those last months and we just calculate the average of your monthly bill. That’s why you owe the Jirama this amount of money. In case you over pass the said amount, you have to quench the gap.”
The question you may wonder is I guess: And if the asked amount is too much compared with what I consume?
Here is the reply: “Then you pay what it asked first. Later on, we make the discount within the coming bill”
Hope they are not gonna get us.

That one is just a case among thousands. Here is another one.
You’re from home and receive a bill from Jirama. How surprising it to see that you owe more than the normal money to the Jirama.

The reason is just simple. By dint of reading the paper (I don’t wanna use the world bill since it doesn’t deserve it) you can understand that you are among those who didn’t pay the previous consumption.
Even more the two or the three last. Come now!
If you did pay the three last consumptions and you still get a paper from Jirama telling that you’ve got to pay those three months. Don’t lose your temper for that. That is the way they work. That’s obvious.
In case you need more info, don’t waste your time joining their offices; just bring the receipt proving that you’ve paid them already and period. In case you’ve thrown them away (that’s is your bad, they don’t care) you’ve to pay what is said on the paper in order to have a new receipt of payment. And that is the only one thing to do if you still want to have an energized household.
Here is a trick to forget that entire accountancy problems, vodka straight from the bottle.

That’s all fluff! What makes me special is the following.
I do like giving my personal comments but I love finding some more solutions for things that are not good for my blood. I don’t like being juggled forever.
Guys, here is my question then. How can we get electrified without paying any money to the Jirama? (Or at least, the least of amount)
Feel free and realize yourself. I need your how know to get out of that dead lock.
